1. Appointment Cancellations
Please provide at least 5 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made within this notice period will receive a full refund of any advance payment or deposit.
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows
If you cancel with less than 5 hours notice or fail to show up for your appointment, your deposit may be forfeited.
Multiple no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
3. Procedure Cancellations
For complex or multi-session procedures, any cancellations after work has begun may result in partial refunds, determined on a case-by-case basis.
