1. Services
Payments made for completed dental procedures are generally non-refundable, as services are rendered immediately.
If you have prepaid for a service that has not yet been provided, you may be eligible for a refund as per our cancellation policy (see below).
2. Advance Payments
Deposits or advance payments for appointments may be refunded if you cancel within the allowed time frame (see Cancellation Policy).
Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
3. Products
Any dental products purchased (such as home-care kits) are eligible for a refund only if they are unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging within 7 days of purchase, along with proof of purchase.
Opened or used products are not eligible for a refund for hygiene reasons.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days. The refund in your account.
